Our commitment to birds
In accordance with our commitment to biodiversity, in Red Eléctrica we develop and carry out numerous actions aimed at the protection and conservation of birdlife. We make our facilities compatible with birdlife by adopting preventive measures to minimise the impact of electricity installations.
Our birdlife is fragile and many species need our help to survive, some have populations which have been decimated drastically. Aware of this and in accordance with our commitment to biodiversity, in Red Eléctrica we participate in various projects with a large number of organisations and people who are fully committed, and that every day do whatever is necessary to ensure these birds remain amongst us.
In Red Eléctrica we develop several projects to the protection and conservation of birdlife. Our goal is to ensure these birds continue to accompany us as we move forward, and that they always remain by our side.
