The effort devoted to the development and continuous improvement of health and safety management systems at Red Eléctrica in recent years has resulted in the consolidation of the Red Eléctrica Healthy Workplace Management Model and the establishment of a set of general management principles and guidelines designed to promote and protect the health, safety and well-being of its employees and the sustainability of the working environment.

Last april we celebrated a meeting with more than 40 professionals from sectors such as generation, distribution and consumption who shared with us their vision about the sector and the challenges of the energy transition.
