As a result of the presence of the travelling exhibition "A Highway Behind the Wall Socket" at the Valladolid Science Museum, Red Eléctrica launched an educational programme that included workshops, visits to the exhibition and educational activities for secondary education students, adult education centres and senior citizen centres. As part of the programme, talks were also given in several schools and senior centers in Castilla y León on the fundamentals of electricity and the electricity supply process.
